Habits of Health

Here at MaxWell Clinic we talk about “What creates health?” It is such an inspiring question.

In order to know what to do to create something, you need to know what you are wanting.

Health is an continuum and it means different things to different people. So I want to start off this new year truly defining what that means to YOU.

What does health mean to you?

We see January start off all the time with forced goals and behaviors that quickly fall off. Our intention is to support you this year in making small steps towards the health that you are wanting to create for yourself and your families.

Sooooo we have purposefully allowed the January rush to fade away and want to invite you to get clear this month.

So often we see people give up. They feel like their idea of health is so far away that the hill looks too high to climb so they throw their hands up, turn around, give up, and are back to where they are not wanting to be. You can choose this path if you want, however we want to suggest that getting to where you are wanting IS attainable – even with starting small.

Our health is largely impacted on how we live our lives. Meaning – how are we taking care of our bodies, minds, and souls. This seems obvious, but it is too often forgotten. This year we want to inspire you to define what health means to you and each month, take small steps toward what you are wanting to create. This journey doesn’t have to be about restriction or about lack, but rather aligning your actions with where you are wanting to be.

Remember that only you can know where you are in your journey. However, we encourage you to start. It is time to take action. The hill isn’t impossible when you keep putting one foot in front of the other.

What are you willing to start doing today for your health?

We love supporting you on your journey of creating your very own health. Please leave your comments and feedback below.
