Correct Directions to MaxWell Clinic from:

South Clarksville - Take Route 76 East (towards I-24) - Turn Right onto Fire Station Road (Green Bank on the corner).  The clinic is on the right side of the road before the intersection with Trough Springs Road.

North Clarksville/Hopkinsville Area- Take Interstate I-24 East to Exit 11 and turn right (west) onto Route 76.  Turn left on Fire Station Road which is the third road on the left. Green Bank is on the left (south) side of this intersection.  The clinic is on the right side of the road before the intersection with Trough Springs Road.

Nashville Area- Take Interstate I-24 West to Exit 11 and turn left(West) onto Route 76.  Turn left on Fire Station Road (third road on the left). Green Bank is on the left (south) side of this intersection. The clinic is on the right side of the road before the intersection with Trough Springs Road.

Out of Area/International Patients- The clinic is located in the northwestern part of Tennessee about 11 miles south of the Kentucky/Tennessee border.  Flight and shuttle arrangements can be made through Nashville International Airport  (BNA) which is about 40 miles from the clinic. Clarksville also has a private airport, Outlaw Field which can accomodate smaller planes. If you are traveling from a great distance please inform our staff at the time you make your appointment.
